getting to know someone for the second time

The first time you meet someone you can learn a lot about them but it is still a first meeting - so inevitably you miss a lot. That's why we get to know people twice. First in blography and then in person. This allows us to hand pick the best and when meeting them for the second time build upon what we've already learned instead of starting from scratch.
